CDialogues Unlikely To Engage In New Contracts Until Market Changes

26th May 2016 10:09

LONDON (Alliance News) - Mobile marketing firm CDialogues PLC Thursday said it is unlikely to engage in any new contracts until market conditions change.

The company has been looking to increase its number of customer contracts through new business initiatives in order to counter declining revenue from four of its existing contracts.

However, CDialogues said it has become clear that market conditions for winning new contracts have and continue to change. In particular, the profit margin it can get on new business opportunities is currently at a level which "makes little commercial or financial sense to pursue."

CDialogues said it remains focused on maximising revenue from the four contracts although they are in decline. These contracts are on a rolling three month basis and have been in place since 2013 and 2014, however, it said it cannot guarantee they will be renewed.

Shares in CDialogues were untraded Thursday morning. They last traded at 36.00 pence.
