CDialogues To See Fall In Earnings, Revenue For 2015

25th Jan 2016 09:31

LONDON (Alliance News) - Mobile marketing company CDialogues PLC Monday said it expects to report a fall in revenue and earnings for 2015, as it had flagged in November.

The company expects to report earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of around EUR2.0 million, down from EUR2.9 million a year before, on revenue of EUR8.8 million, down from EUR9.9 million a year before.

In November, the company had warned that revenue in its third quarter had been weaker compared to its first half, and that delays in its new business pipeline led to the delay of some project launches. As a result it had said its full year Ebitda would fall "materially" below market expectations, and revenue would also fall short of market forecasts.

Monday the company said that subscription-based recurring revenues made up more than 75% of its total revenue for 2015, providing it with a strong basis for its current year. Additionally, it has identified a pipeline of potential new projects which it believes it will benefit from during 2016.

"During 2015, the company continued to develop its operations and remains focused on growing its customer base and geographic reach. Investment in products and new business opportunities ensure that the Company has a strong foundation for growth and new project launches in the coming months," said Chief Executive Officer Paul Spanos in a statement.

CDialogues will report its full year results April 11.

Shares in CDialogues were up 14% at 72.98 pence Monday morning.
