CDialogues Focused On Sales Pipeline As 2015 Misses Expectations

11th Apr 2016 09:52

LONDON (Alliance News) - CDialogues PLC said Monday it remains well placed to capitalise on any new business opportunities that may arise in 2016, as it reported 2015 results that were below its expectations.

The mobile marketing products company on Monday said 2015 had been challenging, with a number of project delays as mobile network operators pushed back project start dates. This particularly hit the second half, CDialogues said, and was compounded by a lack of new project launches.

CDialogues reported a pretax profit of EUR978,586, down from EUR2.6 million in 2014, as revenue fell to EUR8.7 million from EUR9.9 million.

The company warned that contributions from some of its mature projects are expected to decreased during 2016, and as such, it is now focused on building its new-business pipeline and maintaining its cash generation.

CDialogues said its operating cash flow had remained strong in 2015, increasing to EUR2.5 million from EUR1.7 million in 2014.

CDialogues did not propose to pay a final dividend for 2015.

"Whilst our existing client base has remained unchanged during the first quarter of 2016, and we expect revenues from these existing projects to decline during the course of the year, the business remains well placed and well-funded to capitalise on the new business opportunities that may arise this year," said Chief Executive Officer Pale Spanos in a statement.

Shares in CDialogues were untraded Monday morning. They last closed at 38.00 pence.
