LONDON (Alliance News) - Shares rose in Catenae Innovation PLC on Monday as it signed its first contract for its workplace management software OnSite with building management and inspection provider Firedoor Guardian Ltd.
Shares in the digital media and technology provider rose 21% at 0.091 pence on Monday following the announcement.
The deal, which has a total value of GBP50,000, includes a licence agreement and a support agreement. For the agreement, OnSite also will integrate Catenae's blockchain technology Sequestrum, launched in December.
OnSite will assist Firedoor in creating a database of its inspection records and audit information, recommended in the review of UK building regulations and fire safety that followed the fatal Grenfell Tower fire in June 2017.
"We are pleased to sign this initial agreement for our new product OnSite so soon after the product launch in December 2018, this follows extensive testing and proof of concept programme with the client," said Catenae Chief Executive Officer Tony Sanders.
