LONDON (Alliance News) - Castleton Technology PLC said Wednesday that it is currently in talks with a potential bolt-on acquisition target that "may or may not lead to a transaction in the near future."
The public sector focused IT managed services and software business said it would make further updates "as and when appropriate."
Shares in Castleton were up 9% at 88.00 pence Wednesday afternoon, having risen to 90 pence earlier in the day.
