LONDON (Alliance News) - Castleton Technology PLC Tuesday expressed increasing confidence, as it said its recently acquired Documotive Ltd business had secured orders of over GBP1.5 million in the quarter to end-January.
The software and services company, formerly Redstone PLC, acquire the Documotive business for GBP4 million last October.
It had previously reported that Documotive had secured order intake of GBP500,000 in November.
"This momentum in sales demonstrates the strength of the Documotive proposition to a growing customer base. We are actively seeking further investment opportunities to roll out a wider range of solutions. I'm increasingly confident of the group's potential," said Chief Executive Officer Ian Smith in a statement.
Shares in Castleton are trading up 1.2% at 2.25 pence Tuesday morning.
