LONDON (Alliance News) - Caspian Sunrise PLC said Friday that it has appointed Timothy Field as non-executive director with immediate effect.
Field - a corporate lawyer - is currently the head of the public company practice at Mishcon de Reya which he joined from the City office of Addleshaw Goddard, where he led its equity capital markets practice.
"His extensive legal and international business experience will be invaluable as the Company embarks on what it expects to be a year of great progress," said Caspian Chair Clive Carver.
Shares in Caspian Sunrise were trading 0.6% higher at 6.64 pence each on Friday afternoon.
