LONDON (Alliance News) - Gifts and greeting cards retailer Card Factory PLC said Monday it has appointed Paul Moody as chairman, effective Friday.
He will be replacing Geoff Cooper, who will step down from the role on Thursday after four years in the role.
Moody is chairman of promotion products marketer 4imprint group since 2016, and a non-executive director of Pets at Home PLC since 2014.
"Geoff has made a significant contribution to the group, having overseen the significant development seen since IPO in 2014, and I would like to thank him on behalf of the whole business for his contribution, leadership and understand his wish to concentrate on fewer commitments," said Card Factory Chief Executive Karen Hubbard.
Shares in Card Factory were down 1.3% at 186.20 pence on Monday.
