LONDON (Alliance News) - Plastics product maker Carclo PLC on Tuesday said it appointed Stephen Nixon as interim group chief operating officer.
Nixon will join the company in a non-board position, reporting to Executive Chair Mark Rollins.
He will be responsible for all of the operations of the Technical Plastics and LED Technologies divisions.
Nixon has a "strong engineering background", having spent the first 15 years of his career at Ford Motor Co in the UK and Germany, the company explained.
"Since 2007, Stephen has successfully focussed on undertaking interim CEO and COO roles for a range of underperforming engineering businesses, including automotive and lighting businesses," Carclo added.
Carclo shares were untraded at 45.00 pence each on Tuesday.
