Carador Income To Return USD10 Million By Redeeming Pool Shares (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Closed-ended investment company Carador Income Fund PLC said on Wednesday it plans to return USD10.0 million through a redemption of up to 13.1 million repurchase pool shares, representing 16% of all repurchase pool shares.

This will be the third redemption of shares conducted by Carador, and will take place on next Thursday at a price of USD0.7605 per share.

On this basis, the holder of 10,000 shares would have 1,599 shares redeemed and receive USD1,216 in cash. However fractions of shares will not be redeemed.

All shares redeemed will be cancelled with effect from next Thursday onwards.

Carador Income Fund now has 82.2 million shares issued overall.

Shares in Carador Income Fund were down 0.6% at USD0.63 on Wednesday.
