Carador Income Fund Begins Review To Consider Future Prospects

15th Jun 2018 11:39

LONDON (Alliance News) - Carador Income Fund PLC said Friday it has commenced a strategic review with its financial advisors in order to consider the company's future.

Shareholders of the company will be contacted by Fidante Capital and N+1 Singer, acting as joint financial advisers to the company.

The company said during the review its existing investment policy and strategy will continue to be applied.

"It is not expected the strategic review will have any impact on the timing of redemption of the remaining repurchase pool shares," the company said.

In October, Carador received valid elections from 144.5 million US dollar shares, representing 27% of the USD shares in the company, to be converted into repurchase pool shares.

Repurchase pool shares are shares which participate in a separate pool of assets and liabilities in Carador.

Carador shares were untraded Friday, last quoted at USD0.65.
