LONDON (Alliance News) - Outsourcer Capita PLC on Tuesday said it has been named preferred bidder on a seven-year, GBP70.0 million contract providing customer management services for UK mobile operator Three.
Capita will handle front-line customer service and sales provisions for Three's UK customers from a centre in Glasgow. The contract will start in early 2017.
"This partnership is a demonstration of Capita's continuing commitment to delivering outstanding
customer management for our clients across a wide range of sectors. We will leverage our customer experience expertise, including service design, to jointly develop Three's customer management processes and tools," said Capita Chief Executive Andy Parker.
Shares in Capita were flat at 978.00p on Tuesday.
