LONDON (Alliance News) - Capita PLC on Monday said it has struck a deal to acquire employer branding and marketing agency ThirtyThree for an undisclosed amount.
Capita said the firm, which has offices in London and Bristol, will be integrated into its Capita Resourcing recruitment division.
ThirtyThree provides employer branding, research, employee engagement, and digital media services.

Capita shares were trading flat at 1,173.00 pence on Monday.
