LONDON (Alliance News) - Cape PLC Wednesday said its subsidiary Cape Hong Kong Fuji (CHKF) has been awarded a three-year contract with an unnamed power supplier in Hong Kong, for the provision of safe access services and associated services.
Cape, which provides a range of non-mechanical industrial services principally to plant operators in the energy sector, acquired CHKF in 2012 in order to expand its presence in the region.
"The business has performed well since acquisition, and this contract award further demonstrates the successful integration of the acquisition," Cape said.
The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
The stock was trading at 304.00 pence Wednesday, unchanged.
