LONDON (Alliance News) - Supercapacitors manufacturer CAP-XX Ltd on Monday said it has secured its first follow-on order under its memorandum of understanding with an unnamed auto components company.
CAP-XX said the test results under the programme has been encouraging and said the customer has now placed orders for additional evaluation units which CAP-XX will make at its Australian facility for delivery in the third quarter.
"We are delighted to have received a follow-on order for automotive supercapacitors under our Tier-1 MoU and are very encouraged by initial feedback from our customer," said Anthony Kongats, CAP-XX's chief executive.
Shares in CAP-XX were flat at 3.83 pence on Monday.
