LONDON (Alliance News) - Candover Investments PLC Friday said it will receive GBP3.4 million when it exits DX (Group), some GBP700,000 above the asset's valuation in June 2013.
In a statement, Candover said it is making the exit as part of DX's GBP200 million float on AIM.
Candover said DX Friday successfully priced its IPO and the placing of 200 million shares at 100 pence on AIM.
Candover shares were Friday quoted down 1.1% at 455.00 pence.
