LONDON (Alliance News) - Canadian Overseas Petroleum Ltd on Thursday said Chief Financial Officer Christopher McLean has resigned from his role, effective from August 20.
"Due to health reasons following a serious road traffic accident, it is Mr. McLean's desire to devote more time with his family," the company said.
Canadian Overseas did not say whether it has started the search for a replacement for McLean.
Shares in the company were untraded in London Thursday morning, having last traded at 3.45 pence.
