LONDON (Alliance News) - Ebiquity PLC said Thursday Canaccord Genuity Group Inc had more than doubled its stake in the data analytics firm to 11% after a transaction in late April.
Canaccord held 8.4 million shares in Ebiquity after the transaction on April 25, equivalent to an 11% stake in the 75.2 million shares outstanding in the firm. Prior to the transaction, Canaccord held a 5.0% stake in the firm.
Shares in Ebiquity were 1.0% lower at 50.30 pence on Thursday.
