LONDON (Alliance News) - Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC on Monday said that Canaccord Genuity Group Inc now holds a 5.7310% stake in the company.
It has not been disclosed how much Canaccord's interest in the brick manufacturer was prior to Monday's deal.
Last week, Michelmersh Brick raised GBP5.0 million via the issue of 5.6 million shares at a price of 90 pence each.
Canaccord Genuity acted as nomad and broker in relation to the placing.
Michelmersh Brick shares closed down 0.6% at 87.50 pence each on Monday.
