(Alliance News) - Loungers PLC said Tuesday Canadian investment bank Canaccord Genuity Group Inc now holds a 5.0% stake in the company.
Canaccord's interest prior to transaction, which occurred at the end of April, was not disclosed.
Now, Canaccord is interested in 4.7 million of Loungers' 92.5 million issued shares.
In London, Loungers shares ended Tuesday's session 0.5% lower at 220.00 pence each.
