LONDON (Alliance News) - Camellia PLC on Monday said it has sold the business and certain assets of its Loddon Engineering subsidiary to a unit of De Swart Group.
No financial details on the sale were provided.
Loddon's pretax loss for the 2014 calendar year was around GBP300,000 and its loss for 2015 is expected to be around GBP700,000, Camellia said.
Shares in Camellia were untraded on Monday, having last traded at 9,500.00p pence.
