LONDON (Alliance News) - Camellia PLC Tuesday said that Susan Walker will join the company as finance director designate on July 1, and will be appointed to the board as group finance director in June 2015 when current Finance Director Anil Mathur retires.
The company, which is engaged in everything from agriculture to engineering and financial services, also said that Tom Franks will join the board as deputy Chief Executive with effect from October 1, while Graham Mclean will be appointed as an Executive Director with effect from the same date.
Mclean is currently responsible for the company's agricultural operations in Kenya, Malawi and South Africa.
Franks is currently global chairman for KPMG Corporate Finance.
The company also said that William Gibson will join the board as a independent non-executive director on September 1 in place of Charles Vaughan-Johnson who retired at the company's recent annual general meeting.
Camellia shares were trading 0.8% lower at 10,600.00 pence Tuesday afternoon.
