(Alliance News) - Cambridge Cognition Holdings PLC on Monday said it appointed Debra Leeves as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
The neuroscience technology company said Leeves is currently the chief executive of Vertual, a provider of virtual and augmented reality training simulation systems in radiotherapy. She has over 25 years of experience in the medical technology and biotechnology industries, and has previously been chief operating officer of Beckley Canopy Therapeutics and CEO of Physeon.
"We are delighted that Debra has joined the board. Debra brings with her an immense amount of knowledge and expertise in successful global medical technology businesses and clinical trial management within major pharmaceutical companies," said Chief Executive Matthew Stork.
Cambridge Cognition shares were untraded on Monday in London, last closing at 64.00 pence each.
