LONDON (Alliance News) - Cambridge Cognition Holdings PLC on Monday said it has given interim Chief Executive Steven Powell the job on a permanent basis.
Powell stepped in at the helm of the company, which develops computerised neuropsychological tests designed to enable the early detection of dementia, in July 2015 after Nick Kerton, the then-CEO, took an extended leave of absence due to a serious medical condition.
Kerton will remain a non-executive director with the company.
Powell joined the company in 2014 as head of European operations and took on the role of chief operating officer in 2015.
Shares in the company were untraded on Monday, having last traded at 60.00 pence.
