LONDON (Alliance News) - Cambridge Cognition Holdings PLC said Wednesday that it signed a commercial collaboration with health provider Healthy Amplified to launch its software product to better assess mental health onto a new platform.
The company said that under the terms of the agreement, Healthy Amplified will act as a reseller of CANTAB products in US health markets, with full rollout expected by the end on 2018.
CANTAB BrainHealth is a digital product designed for occupational health professionals. It measures and monitors mental wellbeing and cognitive performance in the workplace and "help combat the growing global mental health crisis".
"Through this collaboration we hope to widen the distribution channels of our medical software products to an established customer base in the US healthcare market," Chief Executive Officer Steven Powell said.
Shares in Cambridge Cognition were untraded Wednesday at 151.00 pence each.
