LONDON (Alliance News) - Cambridge Cognition Holdings PLC said Wednesday it has appointed Michael Lewis as non-executive Chairman.
The company, which specialises in computerised neuropsychological tests including those enabling the early detection of dementia, said Lewis will take over from Dr Jane Worlock at its upcoming AGM.
Lewis joined the board of Cambridge Cognition in 2013 as a non-executive Director and has more than 25 years' experience in the global health and pharmaceutical industry.
Shares in Cambridge Cognition were trading 3.70% lower at 65.00 pence per share Wednesday morning.
