Cambria Africa's Chief Executive And Chairman Both Resign

14th Jul 2015 10:22

LONDON (Alliance News) - Investment company Cambria Africa PLC on Tuesday said its chief executive and chairman have both resigned from their roles.

The company said Edzo Wisman resigned from his position as chief executive on Monday and said that Ian Perkins, its chairman, handed in his resignation on Tuesday.

Cambria has yet to publish its results for the financial year to the end of August 2014 and for the half-year to February 2015 and its shares have been suspended since February.

Back in May, the company said it expected to publish those results by August and said it has considered de-listing, though it said in May that it no longer intended to pursue that route.
