LONDON (Alliance News) - Cambria Africa PLC said Friday it now expects to release its results for the full year to end-August 2014 and half year to end-February by the middle of August.
Shares in the company had been suspended from trading from February pending the publication of its results, and under AIM rules if these results are not published by August 17 its shares will be cancelled.
The company had been considering de-listing, but in February said it would no longer be looking to de-list as it had entered into a conditional share subscription deal with Ventures Africa Ltd. It had originally intended to publish its accounts before the end of May.
Shares in the company remain suspended.
