Cambria Africa Reports Losses; Shares To Be Restored To AIM Trading

LONDON (Alliance News) - Cambria Africa PLC on Monday reported delayed results for the first half to February 28 and the financial year to the end of August 2014, meaning its shares are expected to be readmitted to trading on London's AIM on Tuesday morning.

The company recorded a USD2.5 million net loss for the six months to February 28, compared with a USD2.8 million loss in the corresponding half the prior year.

Its net loss was USD16.1 million in the year ended August 31, 2014, compared with USD12.0 million the prior year.
