LONDON (Alliance News) - Health services company Cambian Group PLC on Monday said Chief Financial Officer Andrew Griffith will step down after its 2015 results are posted in March 2016.
Cambian, which provides behavioural health services, said a search for his successor is underway and it will make an announcement in due course.
Griffith joined the company in April 2014 after it listed in London.
His departure comes after Cambian in October said its full-year earnings would miss its previous expectations due to higher development costs.
Cambian shares were up 6.3% to 172.19 pence on Monday.
