LONDON (Alliance News) - Diversified Gas & Oil PLC on Monday said that Caius Capital LLP now owns a 5.02% interest in the firm.
Caius' stake in the company, prior to Monday's deal, if any, was not disclosed.
Diversified Gas & Oil shares closed down 1.6% at 110.20 pence each on Monday.
