LONDON (Alliance News) - Cairn Homes PLC on Tuesday said it has seen strong demand for its Parkside development in Dublin, which was launched last week.
The Irish housebuilder said it has released an additional 30 homes for sale, having sold 30 in the first weekend of the project at an average price of EUR342,000.
"Each home at Parkside has been designed to deliver the quality, design and lifestyle expected by today's buyers, and we are delighted with the response to date," said Cairn Chief Executive Michael Stanley.
Shares in Cairn Homes were down 1.4% to EUR1.055 on Tuesday.
