LONDON (Alliance News) - Cadogan Petroleum PLC Monday said Bertrand des Pallieres has resigned as the company's chief executive so he can focus on its "increasingly active" oil and gas trading business.
Des Pallieres will remain an executive director, with the company expecting to announce the appointment of a new CEO following its annual meeting of shareholders on Thursday.
The company's shares were down 2.0% at 12.50 pence on Monday.
