30th Dec 2019 10:43

(Alliance News) - Cadogan Petroleum PLC on Monday said the Bitlyanska exploration license in western Ukraine expired at the beginning of last week.

During the license validity term, the AIM-listed oil & gas company said it had fully fulfilled the work

programme and obligations without any breach.

Looking ahead, Cadogan said the application for a 20-year exploration and production license for Bitlyanska was filed in time and is progressing positively, with all required intermediate approvals, including that of the regional Council of L'viv, having been secured in due time.

Cadogan shares were untraded in London on Monday morning, last closing at 5.19 pence each.
