LONDON (Alliance News) - Cabot Energy PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Rachel Maguire as independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
The AIM-quoted oil & gas company said Maguire is the founder and chief executive of consultancy firm Arko Iris. Prior to that, she was a head of UK business development and head of AIM market at London Stock Exchange.
"Rachel is an expert in the field of investor relations, public company reporting and corporate governance, so she brings a skill set that will complement and supplement the existing board," said Independent Interim Chairman James Dewar.
Cabot Energy shares were trading 10% higher on Wednesday at 2.15 pence each.
