LONDON (Alliance News) - CA Sperati PLC on Friday said it has changed its name to Teathers Financial PLC, part of its move away from buttons and bows to oil and gas.
Sperati in November said it had struck a deal to sell its apparel business to BFS Buttons Ltd for GBP10,000 and said it would change into an investing company focused on the oil and gas sector.
Pursuant to that change, it has struck a deal to buy a 4% stake in Kentucky Oil & Gas PLC.
Shares in Teathers were up 18% to 3.4 pence on Friday morning.
