LONDON (Alliance News) - Drug discovery firm C4X Discovery Holdings PLC on Tuesday said it has made two appointments to its board and given its interim chief financial officer the job on a permanent basis.
C4X said Brad Hoy will become its permanent CFO with immediate effect. Hoy is the former CFO at Plethora Solutions Holdings, the UK-listed pharmaceuticals firm bought by Regent Pacific Group Ltd for GBP114.3 million earlier this year.
In addition to the permanent CFO appointment, Hoy will join the board of the company with immediate effect, as will C4X Chief Scientific Officer Craig Fox.
"We are delighted to have these two highly experienced professionals join our board," said C4X Chief Executive Clive Dix.
C4X shares were down 1.4% to 103.00 pence on Tuesday.
