LONDON (Alliance News) - Byotrol PLC Wednesday said it has appointed David Traynor as its new chief executive with immediate effect, replacing Gary Millar who has left to pursue other interests.
Traynor was previously head of the anti-microbial hygiene technology company's consumer products unit, a joint venture that it is Wednesday taking under its full control.
"He has an excellent track record of driving product development and sales initiatives in consumer product environments which will help Byotrol achieve its goals," Byotrol Chairman Ralph Kugler said in a statement.
Byotrol shares last traded at 6.25 pence.
