LONDON (Alliance News) - Burberry Group PLC on Friday said Chief Operating Officer John Smith is stepping down from his role in order to "pursue new interests".
Smith, who has worked at the high-end fashion retailer for seven years, will leave the company by summer 2017.
"John has been an important contributor to the company's success, and we wish him well in the future," Chairman John Peace said in a statement.
