(Alliance News) - Grafton Group PLC said Monday that Non-Executive Director Frank van Zanten will retire during the annual general meeting in April.
The company said van Zanten joined the board as non-executive director in 2013 and since then "has made a strong contribution to the board and the interests of shareholders."
Van Zanten is chief executive of distribution and service group Bunzl PLC, which noted on Monday that Van Zanten will join the supervisory board of Dutch retailer Ahold Delhaize NV come April.
Grafton Group shares were down 0.2% in London at 878.00 pence each on Monday. Bunzl was up 2.3% at 2,099.00p. In Amsterdam, Ahold was down 0.2% at EUR22.48.
