LONDON (Alliance News) - Telecommunications company BT Group PLC said on Friday that two of its non-executive directors will step down with effect from July 11.
Karen Richardson, who served on the board for six years, and Tony Ball for nine, are set to leave the board in July.
Over the past four years, Ball also held the position of remuneration committee chairman. He will be replaced by Nick Rose, senior independent director, BT said.
BT shares were trading up 0.7% at 233.77 pence on Friday.
