LONDON (Alliance News) - BT Group PLC said Monday that it would be opening a second contact centre in Belfast, adding 165 new jobs.
"Our first BT Flex centre located in BT's Riverside Tower has been a great success and we are delighted that BT Group has chosen to expand our operation at this location to meet our growing demand for skilled and experienced advisors," said Chief Executive Officer of BT Northern Ireland Colm O'Neill.
Shares in BT were trading down 1.80 pence at 374.30 pence Monday afternoon.
