LONDON (Alliance News) - BSD Crown Ltd said Monday it has filed a petition with the Court of Appeals of the Federal Circuit in Washington for a rehearing of its appeal of a verdict in relation to its patent litigation against Apple Inc.
The litigation relates to an allegation that Apple has infringed on BSD Crown's patent for live streaming.
The company said it will update the market in relation to further developments as appropriate.
Shares in the company remain suspended.
