(Alliance News) - Brunner Investment Trust PLC Friday said it has appointed Amanda Aldridge as a non-executive director effective from December 1.
The trust also said it has appointed Andrew Hutton as a non-executive director with effect from April, 20 2020.
Chair Carolan Dobson commented: "I am delighted to announce the appointment of two new directors to the Brunner board and we are very much looking forward to working with Amanda and Andrew in the years ahead."
The stock closed up 1.3% at 842.00p in London on Friday.
