(Alliance News) - Brooks Macdonald Group PLC on Thursday said a significant number of investors voted against the company's remuneration report; however, all resolutions put forward at the annual general meeting were approved by shareholders.
The investment manager said 39% investors voted against the remuneration report, while 61% approved the resolution.
"Based on the AGM vote and the board's prior engagement with shareholders, the board recognises the concerns raised and will continue to engage with shareholders and reflect on the feedback received," Brooks Macdonald said.
Brooks Macdonald shares closed 3.7% higher at 1,950 pence each in London on Thursday.
