LONDON (Alliance News) - Soft drinks maker Britvic PLC on Monday said it appointed Joanne Wilson to the board as chief financial officer.
Wilson is currently CFO of dunnhumby, a customer data science firm part of UK supermarket Tesco PLC. Prior to this, she held a variety of financial and commercial roles at Tesco both internationally and in the UK.
Wilson's start date will be confirmed in due course, the FTSE 250 company said. She will replace current CFO Mathew Dunn, who informed in October that he will leave to take up the role of CFO at ASOS PLC.
"Joanne brings considerable retail, digital and consumer experience. This, coupled with her commercial and financial expertise, will be invaluable as we continue to successfully execute our strategy and ambitious performance and growth plans," Chief Executive Officer Simon Litherland said.
Britvic shares were trading flat at 930.00 pence each early Monday morning.
