LONDON (Alliance News) - British Smaller Companies VCT PLC and British Smaller Companies VCT 2 PLC, two ventures capital trusts, Tuesday said they have now met the GBP40 million fundraising targeted by its share subscription offers.
According to statements issued by the trusts, British Smaller Companies VCT raised GBP22 million, while British Smaller Companies VCT 2 raised GBP14 million.
The offers are closed to new applications.
British Smaller Companies VCT shares were flat at 87 pence on Tuesday, while British Smaller Companies VCT2 shares were untraded after closing at 56 pence on Monday.
