(Alliance News) - British Smaller Companies VCT PLC said Wednesday it appointed two new non-executive directors at the venture capital trust.
Adam Bastin joined British Smaller Companies with immediate effect. He currently serves as vice president of corporate development at ARM Ltd, a semiconductor intellectual property firm owned by SoftBank Group Corp.
Jonathan Cartwright will join British Smaller Companies as non-executive director from the start of October. He is currently the chair of BlackRock Income & Growth Investment Trust PLC and Aberforth Split Level Income Trust PLC as well as being a non-executive at Income & Growth VCT PLC.
Shares in British Smaller Companies were untraded at 66.50 pence in London on Wednesday.
