LONDON (Alliance News) - British Land Co PLC Friday said it has secured six new lettings at the Gallagher Retail Park in Cheltenham, taking the occupancy level at the park up to 99%.
HomeSense is taking up a 17,500 square foot space at the site on a 15-year lease, with Oak Furniture Land taking an 18,000 square foot space on a 10-year lease.
Those come alongside a new 25,000 square foot Outfit store being opened by Arcadia on a 10-year lease.
In addition, Whitbread PLC's Costa Coffee, Greggs PLC and Subway also will take up space at the site, British Land said.
The site is owned by the Gibraltar Limited Partnership, which is a 50:50 joint venture between Hercules Unit Trust and The Crown Estate. British Land advised Hercules Unit Trust on the lettings.
British Land shares were up 0.2% to 730.50 pence in early trade Friday.
