LONDON (Alliance News) - Property developer British Land Co PLC on Monday said it has let the first floor of Marble Arch House in London to signal-processing equipment maker Cirrus Logic.
The FTSE 100-listed group had signed deals earlier this year covering the second and fourth floors at the building with gaming technology company GTECH and private investment group BXR Partners LLP.
"Marble Arch House provides high-quality office space and is located in the heart of the West End. It has successfully attracted a diverse mix of companies, and we are very pleased to have secured another high calibre occupier in Cirrus Logic," said Head of Office Leasing James Danby.
